Description

Lubex Duratranz 10W TO2 is a heavy-duty, mineral-based hydraulic fluid formulated for the hydraulic systems of off-highway heavy plant and mobile machinery, such as Komatsu, Caterpillar, and Volvo BM, where an SAE 10W oil is specified.

Lubex Duratranz 10W TO2 is suitable for hydraulic systems in off highway equipment manufactured by Caterpillar, Komatsu, Volvo BM, and Allison Type C-4, used in earthmoving, mining, forestry, road construction, and agricultural applications. It provides a high level of protection for radial piston pumps, gear pumps, hydraulic valves, and spool valve components. This fluid is designed for use under the most arduous conditions, where hot, dusty environments prevail and where hydraulic systems require extra anti-wear properties.

The special organic anti-wear additive system reduces wear on critically loaded pump components, and the effective inhibitor system protects precision parts from corrosion and rust. The severely refined hydrocracked Group II base oils and oxidation inhibitors slow lubrication breakdown under all operating conditions and effectively limit the formation of varnish and sludge while prolonging the life of elastomer seals. This fluid also has anti-aeration and anti-foaming properties to quickly release entrained air and prevent hydraulic sponginess.
