INDUSTRIAL GEAR OILS

At Lubricon, our Lubex Geartron HD – 68, 100, 150, 220, 320, 460, 680, 1000 are premium micro-pitting resistant, extreme pressure (EP), industrial gear oils. They provide strong protection against wear, corrosion, oxidation and clean gear performance whilst exhibiting low deposit formation and retaining high phosphorus levels throughout the life of the oil.

These industrial gear oils also have excellent anti-friction characteristics for use in bearings, steel transmissions and gear units. Our industrial gear oils are recommended for use in all types of industrial enclosed gear boxes and bearing oils for highly loaded plain bearings.

The Lubex Geartron HD range of industrial gear oils are compatible with copper and its alloys, therefore suitable for gearboxes and drives incorporating bronze components such as worm wheels, thus providing long term protection.

Lubricon also has a range of synthetic industrial gear oil which inherently have a high viscosity index, extreme low temperature mobility and freedom from many undesirable compounds found in conventional mineral base industrial gear oils. Combined with an advanced additive system, the synthetic industrial gear oils provide outstanding lubrication performance under severe operating conditions, improved energy efficiency, long service-life and high resistance to micro-pitting for optimum gear protection. Furthermore, the synthetic industrial gear oils offer excellent frictional characteristics, conserve energy, reduce friction losses and reduce bulk oil temperatures.
