Lubex Hydraulic HVI – 32, 46, 68, 100 Hydraulic Oils

Description

The Lubex HVI – 32, 46, 68, 100 are a high viscosity index hydraulic oil, blended from high quality virgin base oils and the highest quality additives, producing a far superior heat tolerant hydraulic oil compared to conventional mineral base oils. Designed for use in hydraulic systems which are subjected to higher than normal operating temperatures.

Recommended for use in hydraulic systems of mobile and stationary plants, pumps operating at high temperature and high speeds, other systems where wear rates are higher using conventional oils and bearings (ball, roller and plain bearings).

In selecting a viscosity grade to suit the bearing size, temperature of operation and speed of rotation, the manufacturers’ recommendations should be adhered to.

• Suitable for multi-functional applications such as hydraulic, circulating and bearing oils where higher operating temperatures are encountered.
• The anti-wear additives ensures special protection where very high pressures, power densities and temperatures are inherently experienced with high horsepower hydraulic pumps operating at pressures up to 28,000 kPa (4000PSI).
• Allows hydraulic systems to give long, trouble-free service when operating with the increased horsepower, increased temperatures, reduced oil volume reservoirs and resultant reduced de-aeration times.
