Lubex Slideway Oil ISO 68,100 & 220

Description

Lubex Slideway Oils are formulated from premium quality paraffinic base oils, non-corrosive EP additives and special tackifiers which keep the lubricant film in position and highly resistant to coolant wash off. This range of oils contain rust and corrosion inhibitors to protect the fine tolerances of machine surfaces and clearances.

Lubex Slideway Oils are recommended for slideways, table ways and guide columns of machine tools, lathes, milling machines, planers, grinding machines, stamping machines and guides for various types of machinery where a tacky EP lubricant is required. The special EP and slip properties of these oils prevent shudder, sticking and jumping to provide a smooth machine process.

Lubex Slideway oil 68 is the regular viscosity for horizontal slideways and can be used as same fluid in certain hydraulic circuits.

Lubex Slideway oil 220 is a heavier grade for vertical slide applications where the thicker oil stays in the vertical position longer.

Lubex Slideway oil 100 is required for certain machines where OEM specify this viscosity.
