Description
Lubex Mastercool RP & GP is a premium quality, Premix organic acid technology (OATS) long life anti-boil / anti-freeze coolant, which is silicate and nitrate free. Lubex Mastercool RP & GP is based on carboxylate technology and is free of silicates, borates, phosphates, nitrates, or amines, making it a NAPS Free product as mandated by certain Government regulations and OEM specifications.
This coolant is a ready to use product and requires no extra water, it is suitable for light automotive and heavy-duty diesel engines and marine diesel engines. Lubex Mastercool RP& GP contains 50% Mono Ethylene Glycol and a double inhibitor package ensuring ultimate corrosion protection and extended service life. Anti boil and anti-freeze protection is afforded with a substantially higher rust and corrosion protection than competitor products.
Lubex Mastercool RP & GP is the ultimate in up-to-date coolant technology, protecting all metals found in cooling systems, giving excellent protection against cavitation, corrosion and wet-sleeve liner pitting. It significantly increases the operating life of water pumps and exceed corrosion performance levels required to meet Australian Standard AS2108.1-2004 and numerous OEM performance specifications. This coolant has been independently verified to all relevant ASTMs for automotive and heavy-duty diesel applications.
Lubex Mastercool RP& GP provides maximum protection against ‘hot spot’ corrosion, common in aluminum cylinder heads. With a service life of up to 10 years, 1,000,000 km, or 15,000 operating hours, Heavy Diesel applications & automotive applications. This has obvious environmental advantages as a result of fewer coolant changes. There are no deleterious effects on hoses or gaskets. Has a proven record over many years with marine engines, mining equipment, taxi fleets, government departments, bus companies and large fleet transport companies.
